The Taliban’s Defense Ministry had claimed on Saturday that in the last two days of operations, it had killed 110 Pakistani soldiers and injured 68.
In a statement, the Taliban Defense Ministry said its forces have conducted sustained operations against Pakistani troops and captured 27 military posts. It also claimed that Taliban drones targeted military facilities inside Pakistan. In its claim, Pakistan has said that it will cause huge damage to Taliban. Pakistan’s Information Minister Ataullah Tarar claimed that 331 Taliban members have been killed after Islamabad launched the military operation. In a post on Saturday, Tarar said 104 Taliban posts had been destroyed and 22 captured.
